Fortuna Administration Limited is a fund administrator established under the laws St. Vincent and the Grenadines and regulated by the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
As a fund administrator, we are responsible for the administration of funds. Our duties are governed by St. Vincent and the Grenadines’ Mutual Funds Act and Mutual Funds Regulation and an administration agreement entered into with the respective investment fund.
As administrator, we are independent and have the authority to calculate the net asset value and net asset value per investor share.
We also act as the transfer agent for fund units, which means that we authorized to receive subscription, redemption, conversion and transfer requests from investors.
We also keep the register of investors, if requested.
Finally, we also assume the function of publication medium for selected funds, if requested.
